Participation in The Woods Atelier: A Wedding Experience is by application only.

Creative Vendors (Florists, Planners, Hair & Makeup, Stationery, Rentals, etc.)

You are invited to collaborate and showcase your work in this luxury editorial experience. Participation is complimentary, as the value comes from:

• Professional photography and videography of your work for portfolio and marketing use

• Brand exposure through social media and potential press

• Collaboration with other high-end vendors in a curated, luxury environment

Photographers & Videographers

Participation requires a vendor investment of $300, which grants:

• Exclusive access to the fully curated editorial setups and creative vendor team

• Professional content for your portfolio and marketing

• Inclusion in social media promotion and potential press

This fee ensures you can capture high-end, publishable content within a fully designed, collaborative, and luxury environment.

Content Access

All photography and videography produced during the editorial shoot will be accessible to all participating vendors. By participating, vendors agree that content may be used by any vendor for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, with proper credit given to each contributor.

Selection & Availability

• Limited spots are available in each category

• Vendors will be selected based on portfolio quality, aesthetic alignment, and commitment to the luxury vision of the shoot

By applying, you acknowledge that your participation is secured only upon acceptance and, for photographers and videographers, payment of the vendor investment. Contributions from all vendors will be highlighted as part of the editorial content.
